This year, the Support Center for Child Advocates (Child Advocates) celebrates its 40th anniversary of providing quality, free legal representation and social services for abused and neglected children throughout the Philadelphia region. As we reflect on our past, we honor our founders and recognize the need for renewed passion and ongoing cultivation of relationships and finding new ways to connect and engage with the broader community.
We are currently seeking people of all professional backgrounds, 40 years and younger, who will bring their passion and creativity and join us in finding new ways to sustain and further our mission. Our Young Friends will:
Serve as ambassadors for Child Advocates
Help us connect with new resources and communities
Volunteer at Child Advocates special events
Receive discounts to select Child Advocates events
Bring new ideas for philanthropy and volunteerism
Enjoy networking and career development opportunities

Want to invest in something worthwhile for the holidays? Consider becoming an advocate for a foster kid or a homeless veteran.
Support Center for Child Advocates, the foster-child advocacy group, is looking for volunteer attorneys.
Did you know that Americans spend nearly $2 billion on holiday cards each year? Wouldn’t you like your annual greeting to friends and colleagues be meaningful for them while making the difference in the life of a child?
This year, the Support Center for Child Advocates (Child Advocates) is offering a new way to show your colleagues and associates that you care, about them and about the work of Child Advocates.
Through the Child Advocates Charity Card Campaign we are offering to personalize holiday greeting cards for you or your company. You make a charitable donation to Child Advocates and we will provide a quantity of holiday cards printed with your name or business, announcing that a gift has been made. Click HERE to learn more about donation levels and to order your cards today!
