Define secondary traumatic stress and related concepts and discuss how they impact attorneys on pro-bono cases

Identify strategies to support yourself in managing the stress and emotions of child welfare cases

2.0 CLE* credit (1.0 substantive and 1.0 ethics) and 2.0 CEU** credit available for each session
*CLE credits are free for all active Child Advocates’ Volunteer Attorneys with open cases on the date of the training. All attendees without open cases can either (1) sign up to take a case on or by the date of the training to receive free CLE credit or (2) pay $10.00 per CLE credit.
